I work for a large university. Our section is an off campus site. We recently got a new supervisor who is big buddies with one of the women here. The new supervisor promise this woman and another a pay grade raise. She couldn't pull it off, I suppose the people over her said no due to budget. So, supervisor told them not to count off their lunches and if they needed to leave early etc go ahead but still put down 40 hours a week.
Basically we're talking minumum of ten hours per month per person of falsified time or more (more often more, ie 25 hours worked, 40 put down) It's causing tension because we are only 13 employees and everyone knows but no one knows what to do.

Seems like I need to explain. The jobs are listed as 7.5 hours a day, with half hour NON paid lunch. We are also talking about working 5 hour days then going home. Sure, if it was a small business then anything goes but it is a larger part of the picture.
