I absolutely love a rainy day, the smell, the sound, the feel......I'm happier on a rainy day.............Is that weird??

No, it's not weird. I feel the same way too. The calm waters plus the pristine air is very soothing.

It not weird.. I always feel happy on a rainy day. Every time it rains, I would always go out side and feel, smell, listen to the rain. It gives me a sense of happiness because my last day of school in Toronto which was also my last day there, it was raining and that day I spent the day outside in the rain singing and dancing with my friends, giving hugs, and saying our goodbyes. It helps me to relieve stress. If that weird then whatever... that what I like to do.

The best sleep I get is on a rainy day when I can stay in bed all day!!! I love it-the beating of the rain on the outside is music to my ears. When and if I get up, I put on a heavy sweatshirt and lose pj bottoms and curl up with a blanket!!!Your not weird at all!!!!!

We in the Pacific Northwest generally don't like rain. If you're like us and are always hidden under thick layers of gray rain clouds, then you'd learn to appreciate the sunlight whenever it is available. When we have partly sunny skies, we jump for joy, and on the couple of days of the year with warm temperatures and clear skies, some of us nearly die from heart failure. When rain does come, it usually lasts all day into the whole week raining lightly, but generally overcast. In Winter especially, our rainiest season, and shortest daylight hours and coldest temperatures mix up to become something that is the least unfavourable. So day after day of cloudy skies and light rain, with storm after storm system moving in and out, is very repetitive and is not pleasant. Also, we almost always wake up to a dark, cloudy morning and cold temperatures, so mornings aren't pleasant either, makes you just want to curl back in bed and sleep.

I love when it rains too. Makes me want to curl up in a blanket on the couch with a bowl of popcorn and a good movie.
The only kind of rain I don't like it when it is so hard, you can't see your hand in front of your face. That kind of ruins my plans.
