Makes your legs look longer. Makes it harder for you to stand straight so you must activate your abdominal muscles as well as your legs muscles and therefore you look a little more toned. That's why it looks sexy.

High heels are very feminine , and helps to give your legs a beta defined shape . Yes they sometimes hurt your feet but all dressed up and wearing trainers -- i don't think so.

although they are bad for your feet and your whole body, they are fun, sexy and i love feeling beautiful.
they arn't for everyone though. flats can be great too!
