This question has two parts:
1. Do Aliens exist? The answer to this is most probably yes. The universe is so big, it's unlikely that only one planet in the universe supports life. however, the rare Earth hypothesis states that it is likely that only very few stars have planets that can support life, and not all of them will have life.
2. Are there any aliens out there that we know of? Currently, we have not met any other alien life of any type.

There is currently no evidence to support the theory that intelligent life exists outside of Earth, however the Drake equation (founded by Frank Drake) was used to estimate the most likely number of intelligent civillisations in the galaxy (the answer being 1000). This was worked out by finding out how many planets in the galaxy are similar to Earth, and therefore can support life.
Don't ask me how i know this; i'm just a science geek :P

Of course there are. We are one of eight planet (Pluto not included) orbiting around one of the 100,000,000,000 (hundred billion) stars in 1 of the hundred billion galaxies. That's a lot of room for life besides us
