Dumb question, but I am curious, and dont really want to buy a manual just to answer my question. The lower headlight on these gsxr's.. it looks almost like a magnifying lens or something. I am not sure if that bulb is burned out or not and am too lazy to go pull it to see right now. So, being that this is the first gsxr i've owned, to make sure... is this indeed a headlight? If so, does it come on with the low or high beams or is there some special trick to it? If there isnt, then mine is definately burned out (came that way when I got the bike). Just curious. Thanks!

the lower is your high beam it is a projection beam light (just like what the hayabusa has) My Busa uses a 9005. But looking at the fiche for yours it looks like a H7, just pull it out and take it with you. Either way you can get one any auto parts store alot cheaper than a bike shop.

I only see 2 headlights - a high and a low.
Does your bike have a small lens below those lights in the middle of them?
Some other Jap sportbikes have them.
They're not lights.
Just additional reflectors built into the headlight assembly.

If the fee seems to good to be real then it probable is. flow and see the bike with someone who's familiar with about motorcycles. ask your self why the enterprise has dropped a grand off the fee. If the rider is unable to have sufficient money to keep the bike, then he will probable have skimped on the servicing. you'll see themes with the bike contained in the destiny – all mechanical gadgets favor upkeep and characteristic consumables – in case you do not keep on proper of them you'd be left with an severe priced paperweight (if that hasn’t already exceeded off). in case you want to keep money on gasoline then purchase a Honda C90 or a scooter.

Most twin headlight front ends work 1 light on low beam
2 lights on high beam.
But don't take my word for it , ask Suzuki.
