Scorpio and Aquarius
Can you say, “odd couple?” That’s what comes to mind when you think of a Scorpio/Aquarius pairing – you might find them “at odds” more often then not. Scorpios are brooding, secretive and determined to get their way. They keep a lot inside and aren’t willing to give in anytime soon. Aquarius is always on the move and ready to meet new people and learn new things. A jealous Scorpio won’t like this side of an outgoing Aquarius. Both are so-called fixed signs, which means you're rather stable and don't change quickly - even in relationship. Aquarius tend to be a bit cool and distanced emotionally, while Scorpio is famous for his passion (hidden under the calm surface). Probably that's make it easier for the Aqua person to relate to Scorpio's jealousy...he or she simply withdraw from it and don't take it personally. But this is very general - you always need to look at the whole chart, not only at the Sun signs.

i heard sex was very inventive and good...
but in terms of relationships... aren't scorpios the jealous monsters of the zodiac, the aquarius one of the biggest players of the zodiac? or so i've heard... it could be... scorpio's have the mysterious factor that aquarians tend to want to discover, so they might stay for a long time... but i'd think scorpios (or really any sign other than the aquarius) tend to try harder in any given relationship.

It depends more on the persons than it does on which sign under which they were born. Astrology can be useful, but it does not determine things like whether two people will make a good match. This is up to the persons involved.
