is it possible to develope migraine at the age of 20?

I have had absolutely no symptoms of it in the past. but now im a bit suspecious.. is it possible to say I have developed a migraine?

Yes, it's possible to have migraines at any age. You'll know if you have a migraine because you probably will have no appetite and there will be triggers. What I mean by "triggers" is actions or senses that "trigger" the pain. When this happens, the migraine suddenly becomes more painful, almost unbearable. For instance, I have cluster migraines after I have seizures (epilepsy). Motion or bodily movement and talking triggers my migraines. I just have to lay still and go to sleep until it passes. For some, it's lights, noises, etc. Hope this helps.

I don't know if age matters or not, cause my Grandson is only 10 yrs old, and has had them a few years now. They could be sinus headaches too. I have them, but I've narrowed down the things that cause mine, such as pineapple, dark chocolate,artificial food colors and flavors, such as in Gummy Bears, etc,Teriakki, and red wine. I don't have them too often since I read if you take MSM, it will keep them away. It's worth a try to see if it will work for you!

It's possible to have a migraine at any age.

Many different things can bring one on. For me it's bright lights. For someone else it might be cheese, or eve chocolate.

yes tis possible no age limit hope you get help soon best thing for headaches is to sit down and put your feet into hot water it drains blood to your feet taking the pressure away from your head but carefull when standing up you could fall down
