It could be your emotional biorhythm is at a low point. It could have nothing to do with how your life actually is, but just your brain chemistry which is affected by diet or other body conditions.

Visit this site to check your biorhythm cycle. http://www.facade.com/biorhythm/

I find it pretty accurate. Some days I feel happy, some days I feel BLAH for no obvious reason (same life conditions, just different emotions). I think the reason here is totally hormonal or chemical.

Here's something interesting: Supposedly Americans are NOT the "happiest people on Earth" according to some survey or study. Despite our wealth and possessions, we are less happy than Nigerians, who were rated as the happiest. Hard to believe, but there's a lesson here, don't you think?

It might help to write your feelings down. Maybe write down what you have to be thankful for. I email a friend almost daily or keep a journal to "vent." It helps a lot!

It's easy to feel depressed and overthinking can make it worse. If you can't shake off the sadness consider getting counseling or seeing a doctor.

Aloha!

It is common among young girls/women nowadays. U want to achievfe something which will take a month in one day. U r not able to get it immediately. So u feel sorry and dejected. Take up some other interesting work painting, singing, gardening, teaching, walking anything. I am sure u will become happy. Look at people who are less privileged than u. U will thank God Almighty and ur sadness will go immediately. Best wishes daughter! Be cheerful!

I am sad and I do know why, so if you like we can be sad together.. Saddness together is better than sadness alone..

Seriously hun... maybe the saddness has been there for a while and is just now catching up to you. Something must be bothering you otherwise you wouldn't be sad.

You`re sad? well....I think everybody is sad sometimes...like me I`m also sad right now , but I try to entertain myself in going downtown for example , just for a window shopping, that thing would help you forget your sadness for awhile. Of course , it would comeback, then why dont you think of something more to do like a hobby to enhance your spirit . okey?

hey it's ok..you just need to get it out of your system...maybe play some sad songs and cry it out? give it some time and then when you are ready to laugh, try to watch or read something funny :)

Good Luck!
