I believe they are. I can outrun or outpushup any girl. I have yet to find a girl that could beat me in martial arts or outrun me.

I'm sure I could totally kick your *ss. But to answer your question, boys are encouraged to do sports, girls aren't infact, many of them are discouraged because 'it's so manly'. If you're a girl, you can't have too much muscles, it's 'unfeminine' so most girls don't want to be too sporty, no practice, no success..
Men tend to have more muscle then female, so that's a reason too...but in certain sports, women can perform better (certain jumps in figure skating for example).

There are many reasons why you think this way, and in some case, you are justified.
1) it dates back to prehistoric times. Men were the hunters while women were the gathers. They cooked. Men had to be physically fit, strong, and fast if they were to hunt animals and not be hunted themselves.
2) social conditioning. women have been taught that it is bad to be strong, that they need a man to take care of them. That it is bad for a girl to play sports or fight. That they are to look after the home and children, even in modern times. However, there are a few females who are starting to come out of this social conditioning, but not many.
I'm a girl. I'm 5'3 1/2''. I wear combat boots. I've yet to be beaten in a fight. Even by guys more than twice my size. Don't let sex fool you.

all men arent stronger than women im built like an amazon with my big strong fathers arms legs shoulder with curves though but i have a repitation for beating up men when i was younger i played football basketball even though the guys called me the " pretty girl " i could also out run the guys too and box and pic guys up and slam them ive even fought of 2 men who tried to rape me so that theory isnt allways true ...and if u ever want to spar with me let me know boy
