Your RAM is sufficient and your CPU is fine, but your Nvidia FX5500 would get slaughtered trying to play Pro Street. I suggest you upgrade to something newer. It shouldn't cost you much more to get a good 7 or 8 series Nvidia card that would be able to run the game well.
