I spent about an hour responding to a question put by Cheesy-of-Wisconsin. My question is: does the Questioner have the ability to remove the whole sequence? (He probably wouldn't have liked my answer, it was too good) On the other hand, my answer was probably the closest to the truth of what happened to Maddie McCann.....could the McCann club possibly have had any thing to do with this removal???? Are they monitering this forum? This is very spooky! And also, Cheesy's profile is closed to view, so I can't check if his question is still posted or not. Could Cheesy be the monitering vehicle (spy) for the McCanns?

Can a questioner delete a question once several answers have been posted?
There were 4 or5 answers before mine.
All answers previous to mine were towards his favor. Mine was not.
What has happened to this question?
Does anyone know how this could have happened?

Cheesy
Why don't you put that question up again...see if someone sees fit to remove it again. I'm not going to rewrite my theory unless I have ears to hear it.
This is a public forum, not a war of right or wrong. Thanks.

I would think that possibly you (unlike some others on that page) said something that they didn't find too comforting. It's strange that - as my mother says "the truth hurts only the smug!"

It may well be totally frustrating for the answerers, who had their hard-crafted efforts deleted - but it means the questioner doesn't have to squirm and struggle to justify their weakened position. (whether to themselves or to others)

Personally - I just move on. People always have a right to question my answers. There will be some really controversial views expressed here - so long as we all choose to act responsibly, this forum provided by Y!A should work - providing answers to other people's unvoiced questions, extending their knowledge and understanding and giving them a new perspective to chew over - maybe even from a different cultural perspective.

Yes a user can delete his/her own question by going to the question then "edit", then choosing "delete question". Personally I wouldn't bother with Cheesy-of-Wisconsin, he is a raveing nutcase, once he went through all my open questions just to put rude stuff on them and he calls me obssessed!

The questioner can delete the question anytime before the time for people to put down answers expires...even if there are answers...

Oh please! I was very pissed that my question was reported and removed. I wanted to know the answers! I do not work for the McCanns. I don't know them.

I would love to know what your answer was. Please email it to me through my profile. I will add you as a contact so that you can contact me.
