i am 53 widow with two twin girls of 5 yrs.in job since two years in a orphan's facility (running as a administrator)I try to do my best,which other ppl appreciate.Is it my attitude problem or is it normal for a boss to snub badly at verry minor issues?Should i change my job.?.I can do other job but i love children and love my work also.I am really up set.Serious answers.

Its hard to know if any situation what course is wise. If the relationship can be saved, you should try. If it can't be saved, then you should go. The most important thing is to figure out what is wrong and think of creative ways to find a solution. If there are no solutions, then maybe leaving is inevitable. Sometimes it can help to schedule some time and talk about it, ask him how you can be a better employee? I wish I could be more help.
