Don't worry too much, if it is just happening after its been sitting awile (overnight) its probably a little oil leakiind past your valve stem seals. Will need to do something when it gets worse, just watch how much oil you are using.

you are burning oil. now the question is how is the oil getting into the combustion chamber? there are two possibilities. one, the pcv valve is no longer able to completely close off the air flow and now allows a little oil to pass into the intake manifold. if this is the case, replace the little buger. two, you have a higher mileage vehicle, and now you are getting oil past the compression rings or the valve stem seals , you have two different options in this situation, short term fix, try a little heavier oil or a bottle of "NO SMOKE" oil additive, long term, either rebuild the engine (or find some one to do it), or replace the engine (or find some one who can for you.)
ideally you should go to a shop and let some one run a few tests for you

Yes it's reason to worry. Your car is going to need major work eventually.

No it's not reason to worry A LOT, because you could go a while before it dies.

You're burning oil. It's getting into the combustion chamber because your piston seals are going bad. The leak is probably disappearing as the engine warms up and the materials expand a little.

This will be either expensive or time consuming.

Blue smoke means oil is being burned. Get it checked out!

check your sump and oil pan, you should get it cheked out u may be doing your car damage, depending where the oil is leaking from, if the oil is being cooked then that oil is not getting to its required location in your motor

Most likely it's your valve seals
