I know that decency seems to be a lost art around here, but I have a story to make my point.

Recently a neighbor's house caught fire, and the family ran out onto the lawn. Of course I helped them, but the entire family was sickening for this reason:

Father & one son were completely shirtless.
Mother & daughter both in tank tops.
One son in a-shirt (sleeveless male undershirt, the one they call "wife-beaters")

I came to help them, but I was intensely offended.

I think that the government needs to express more control over common decency, and there should be fines for exposing yourself in public in these ways - REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

I blame it on today's music and movies... People think they can get away with anything, and our idiotic 1st amendment protects them.

Anyway, about the clothes though, I think an order should be sent out requiring some sort of government issued pajamas or something... Have some class, people.

For one I am not a troll, simply a warrior supporting our government.

Disagree if you wish, but don't call me names.

More importantly, I'm not saying "fashion sense" for a fire... I am saying people should have more class and already be fully covered so people WITH CLASS like me do not have to be offended.

My rights to aesthetic beauty were taken away by them and their nighttime sleeping attire.

Don't paint me as some kind of prude... There are times when some nakedness is accepted... But not in bed, and not for any long period of time. You never know when you might have to go outside.

If people don't want to abide, then the government should step in and MAKE them.

Just my opinion. Take it or leave it.

yeah, and at the same time maybe they could order people like you to be medicated.

something is wrong with you. as far as your rights to "aesthetic beauty " being violated,,, beauty is in the beholder. lets say someone finds you less than attractive, even while your fully clothed, shall we banish you to a secluded area so not to offend anyone else in the future. im thinking yes.

You sound like you are from the third ryke, Hitler is gone the way of the dodo bird. America, if this where you are is the land of the free not the land of the Me's. You don't like it leave.
That the good thing about freedom, is the RIGHT to do or wear what you want, not just to speak your mind with out fear for persecution from others that don't like you or what you wear for bed or for any other reason.
So take a step back and don't look, just pat your self on the back for doing the right thing by helping those you needed help. Leave the government to mess up every thing else and not what we wear in or out of our homes, you want them to put cameras in your bed room for the hackers to see and post you and your spouse doing the wild thing on the net and not get paid.
....cya....

Only when they know there's a fire or other disaster about to happen-Is this a real question, or are you just kidding? Government control for a dress code during a fire at night? I would be very surprised to find anyone agreeing with you let alone taking you seriously.

Yeah, I guess that family learned their lessons--their snobby freaking neighbor cares more about fashion sense than she does human decency. Karma will come back and bite you real hard for this one honey. Maybe then you will realize that there are more important things in life than what is in your closets and drawers.

yes, the government has nothing better to do than regulate what we wear while we are sleeping in our own homes. maybe you could move to saudi arabia where such things are regulated.
