For instance--Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban: If you slow down the movie just as Harry Potter is reaching out to touch the hypogriff, you can see the hypogriff pooping .
(Sorry, I am bored waiting for the dog to get done outside)

Why would a CGI creature "poop"? I really doubt that would be animated in, don't you? You must be seeing something else. If it is, that's just another reason for me to find the movies~well~lacking.
Yes, I've seen hundreds of bloopers in movies throughout the years.
One I point out to people is in "Star Wars IV: A New Hope". When C3PO and R2D2 are in hiding and the Stormtroopers blast their way in, one of the troopers doesn't quite clear the bottom of the door; there is a resounding thud as he thunks his helmeted head! That HAD to hurt.
Also, most people likely have noticed how Darth Vader's lightsaber changes color following his battle with Obiwan.
One of my favorites I spotted while watching "That's Entertainment!" in the theater. I'm still amazed that the meticulous Busby Berkeley didn't catch the girl seated on the "wedding cake" structure that is slowly unveiled then veiled again during "A Pretty Girl Is Like a Melody". As the "cake" rotates clockwise and just as she is nearly out of sight, you can see her move her skirt so that it will drape better by the time we see her again! This might not seem like much, but this choreographer was obsessed with perfection! Maybe this massive movie was too much because there are a couple of other oopses in choreography: one of the dancing girls in "You" and one of the dogs in Harriet Hoctor's ballet.
In "Jagged Edge", during the pivotal courtroom scene, Glenn Close's clothing changes from a gray outfit to brown, if I recall correctly. Whatever the colors, it's a glaring error that should not have gotten past continuity.
In "War of the Roses", during a counseling scene with Danny DeVito and Michael Douglas, Douglas addresses DeVito as "Danny" instead of his by character's name.
In "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers", Russ Tamblyn is doing all sorts of acrobatics at the barnraising, during which his shirt becomes untucked. There is an obvious break in continuity as he suddenly is all tucked in nice and neat, ready to do yet another bit of gymnastics.

I have a dozen favorites, but the one that's
SO GLARINGLY obvious is clearly
a deliberate poke from none other
than Stephen King.
In Creepshow (1982), the first sequence is
"Fathers' Day", wherein a family is awaiting
a dinner reunion on, of course, Fathers' Day
in the thick of summer June.
Well, the clock shows 7pm, and when Ed Harris
steps outside (they're in the U.S.), it's black
as midnight.
Thanks for the Question!

was watching a movie last night called Bad Girls of Valley High, and in one scene there is a car following another car, but in the next scene the car isn't behind it any more....
I could go on and on, there are so many out there that have flaws... it's fun to go looking for them after watching it the first time.

I wish! At the only romantic date I ever had at the movies, we got tickets for seats 20 and 21 ... alas seat 20 was on one side of the aisle and seat 21 was on the other side!

In Spider-man 3, as Mary-Jane is screaming in the falling taxi cab, there is one shot of her smiling, as though she is enjoying a roller coaster ride (instead of nearly plunging to her death).
