I think it is the best, 250MB Storage , 100GB bandwidth, no restriction, no add, PHP, mysql, cpanel.

Storage and bandwidth can be increased upon request

You can get freehost as it, then go to freedomain.co.nr and register a domain. Your website url will be like that www.ccekche.co.nr

If you currently are a web subscriber, your current provider offers a homepage into which you can FTP your current webpage(s) and use the homepage hosting services. In a sense, you are hosting a commercial webpage via the homepage link and incurring merely the monthly access of, say, AOL.com, etc. Nevertheless, should you want to link your current domain name to the homepage URL, you'll need to use a third-party redirection service, i.e., mydomain.com [which is free] or simply direct your domain name registry, i.e., godaddy.com to forward your domain name [with masking] to the link the domain name to your homepage URL. It's that simple.

Good luck!

There is nothing as a free lunch...
There is nothing as a "Free domain, Free Server": you will be bombarded by adverts all the way through, and you will come back here to ask "how can I get rid of these ads"...
A PROPER, personal domain costs as little as 10€/$/£ PER YEAR, the cost of a few drinks.
A PROPER server with all the services, PhP, mySQL costs as little as 50€/$/£ PER YEAR.
If you can't afford that, you better give up the idea of having a "website".
