does the wii internat browser , forecast channel and the weather channel come with the wii system like the mii channel?

The internet channel isn't free anymore. It's 500 points. The rest are all free on the system I believe.

I know that the weather forecast channel, news, Mii, and shopping come with it. The browser I am not sure of. I got it with mine way back, but I am unsure if its a pay to download it thing now or not.
Everyone votes channel is kinda fun.
