It sounds like you are describing "Unbreakable" with him and Samuel L. Jackson. He can't ever get hurt or scratched (unbreakable) while Jackson's character is very fragile (breakable). It is by M. Night Shyamalan.

It has been awhile since I've seen some of these, but I think there are a number of them. Of course, the voice-actor roles would pretty much guarantee that; I don't think his characters encounter mayhem, at least that of the bloodspilling sort. I placed questions where I wasn't certain. I might have left off titles; if in doubt, I left it out.

Over the Hedge (2006) (voice)
Rugrats Go Wild (2003) (voice)
Unbreakable (2000)
The Kid (2000)
Story of Us (1999)
Breakfast of Champions (1999)?
Bruno the Kid: The Animated Movie (1996) (voice)
North (1994) (narrator)
The Bonfire of the Vanities (1990)?
Look Who's Talking Too (1990) (voice)
Look Who's Talking (1989) (voice)
Blind Date (1987)?
The Verdict (1982)
The First Deadly Sin (1980)

It should be noted that bleeding is expected when a person plays so many action roles. So, I'm not sure what your question is aiming at. Action heroes do tend to bleed or to be bled upon. He played a milquetoast type of guy in "Death Becomes Her", but he probably did get bloodied during his escape attempt; so, even when he's playing a quiet sort of fellow, he can end up injured.

NOTE: Yes, he does bleed in "The Sixth Sense" because he does get shot, which we're shown.

Come to think of it- Yeah! -Have you ever seen, "North" ? Willis's character isn't a big one, but it's WORTH checking out- if only to see Bruce walking around in a big, pink Bunny suit !!! If you've seen Willis in THAT- then you've seen Him in EVERYTHING ! :)
