Seriously, GIVE her the GIFT of TIME -- your time. SPEND some TIME with your mother -- ASK her what she likes to do ... and arrange to SHARE what she likes with yourself! Go somewhere, exercise together, go for a walk. TELL your mother how much she means to you and how much you love her. Put together a Collage of photos of HER and HER LIFE ... and include the happy memories you have of growing up with her as your mother. Cook her a Birthday Cake, do the chores for her for the weekend (or day) too.
ALL these are simple ideas ... but ones that ANY Mother would appreciate (for I am a Long Term Single Parent (who is now an Empty-Nesting Retiree) and know that no THING can replace any amount of time or real feelings of love and gratitude). There is nothing like spending time with someone you love and care about -- and it is just that simple!

LOL -- i've got hosted 12 replace pupils and in many circumstances run in this problem. What to deliver! right this is how I remedy the subject -- i'm a photographer and that i've got the only element they don't ... their son or daughter! So, my suggestion is for you to grab a digital camera, take your buddy out everywhere in the college, city and so on and take loads of pictures! you need to get some prints of alternative pictures that have been taken over the year. Then, bypass get an American themed image album (or scrapbook while you're resourceful) and positioned all of them in! i can assure that's an spectacular cutting-edge and very much liked by way of mom!

Maybe your mother has all the materials needs she wants. Why don"t you observe her and find out other things she likes and been looking in life ( not in material form) , that makes her happy. More sentimental that will unite her from the people she misses and been part of her life.Make some ascual talk with your mom that will lead you to a much more information. I guess through that you can pick up things that make you decide best idea you can give to her.

A nice card telling her all she means to you and thanking her for being such a great mom and a framed picture of the two of you.

How about something homemade? Mold your own soaps or chocolate, or a frame with a picture in it? If you make it, she won't already have it!
