I bought a pair of faded navy blue converse for the summer time (you know chill mode nothing important going on kind of day). When I went to summer school my friend said I like your shoes... I said, "thanks I wanted the faded black but all they had were these faded navy blue ones"... my friend said, "those are not navy blue they are BROWN"... I laughed and said,"yeah right" then people in the class over heard and said, "dan those are brown".
I got a red t-shirt for the summer... i wore it a few times and my ex-girlfriend said, "i can't believe you're wearing a pink shirt". I said, "it's not pink it's red" so I asked other people and they said it was PINK (i do not wear the shirt anymore).
I took an exam and we had to write the color of the exam on the answer sheet... I wrote Orange.. then asked the teacher if I was correct with the color as i turned it in... he said, "it's PINK"
Anyone else like this?

I didn't find out I was color blind until I was 18. Red/green.
I don't know exact percentages but its pretty high amongst males.

It is very common in males. More so than females. I know A LOT of color blind people. One of my friends bought new drapes and her husband is color blind. He asked what color they were and she told him purple. He made her take them back. So she put them in her car and pulled them out the next day and said they were blue. SAME drapes. He still doesnt know. Haha. Evil women.

One of my best friend's is also colorblind and an artist. He sees the color green as a shade of brown or beige, and he once accidentally did a painting with people in it who were a light shade of green.

I'm not colour blind but I have a friend that is when he says yellow it is usually green or blue

my dad is color blind and my mom has to pick out his clothes for him every morning so he doesn't go in to work wearing mismatched ties, shirts, and pants.
