I would keep a food journal & see if, it something your eating that is making you sick. Are under more stress, has anything in your environment changed, you could have severe allergies.
I would try some acupuncture & see if, that helps.
You definitely need to go see a doc. & get some blood work done, if your symptoms continue, it could be something serious.

You could have an inner ear infection or no infection but fluid in your inner ear. This gets your equilibrium off & does cause nauseousness, sometimes severe. This has happened to me before & I did not have a fever either. When you lie down & makes it better it does sound as though that might be it. I hope you feel better soon. Another thought.. If it begins at work or a specific place there might be a gas leak or something environmentally causing it.

there is a few things that come to mind. do you have any pain in your back, or stomach when you get nausea? if yes then then have your galbladder checked. have you thrown up blood, pooped blood, actually you dont even have to have those, but could be an ulcer. you can take prilosec which is over the counter, if you notice that helps then it defenitly could be the ulcer. soemtimes they heal and other times they get worse until surgery.
