Are you talking about creative writing, or your English language grammar, spelling etc? If it's the latter, there are all sorts of exercises you can do - and you can ask your English teacher for some extra work.
If it's the former - write, write, write - every chance you get. Keep a journal and write in it every day. Sign up for the school newspaper, and learn to write stories, features, articles, columns and do general reporting and sports reporting. Learn to write editorials.
Writing is just like any other skill - the more you practise it, the better you get.
good luck

I'm an English lecturer in SA, with many foreign students. Believe me this works! It's called FREEWRITING. Give yourself 5 minutes and write on any topic. Rules are you are not allowed to stop and think what you'll write next and you cannot go back and change anything. You just keep writing the first thing that comes into your mind, regarding the topic. Do this as often as possible and slowly you'll see how much easier it becomes to put your thoughts to paper. Good luck!

I highly recommend a wonderful book by William Zinsser called "On Writing Well". It is fun to read and will teach you key concepts for clear and powerful writing. It is a true classic. Amazon.com or any major bookstore will have copies - about $15.00 ($10.17 at Amazon).
Best wishes.
