I do not knwo about that area persay, but here is what I do when I am gonna travel:

go to www.csaceliacs.org Click Local Support
Look up the Boston support group (I"m sure there is one ther eor nearby!)
Email or call the leader and I'm sure they will be happy to help you find anything u need!
