ive been look for this anime for a long time now i tried to draw a piece of it from my memory but its taking way too long on paint, there was a war going on betwen these elf people things and these other monsters. the anime is before 2000 most likely it looks like the quality of the anime was that from americans or a really old anime style of drawing.

It looks similar to the Elfquest series (books, comic, movie) by Richard and Wendy Pini, so you might want to look into those.
