I would place it in an oven set at 120-140 Fahrenheit for 24 hours then see if it is dry. Continue longer if needed.

Probably the best way to desiccate your pizza would be to place it in a bell jar and hook it up to a vacuum pump and keep it evacuated for several days. You might also try burying it in anhydrous calcium chloride and letting it sit in a sealed Glad bag for several days. And possibly a combination of both of these methods might do the trick.
