4.5 pH: concentration of 10 to the minus 4.5 power.
5.5 pH: concentration of 10 to the minus 5.5 power.

To find the [H+], simply take the antilog of the negative pH. This is probably INV LOG on your calculator.

So if pH = 4.5, [H+] = antilog -pH or, on your calculator INV LOG -4.5 = 3.16 Exp -5

And if pH = 5.5, [H+] = INV LOG -5.5 = 3.2 Exp -6
