take a large screw driver and put between it and pry it away from it just enough so the door will open,that will do until you can get it repaired you should be able to get enough clearance so that it wont hit the door,good luck.

I'd agree with dodge man...take a piece of wood like a paint stir stick or screwdriver wrapped in tape and try to bend the fender outwards to clear the door....try not to chip the paint. I've also done it by just opening the door and grabbing the fender at the point of it binding and give it a good tug or two outwards. The fender should be eventually replaced or re-adjusted.

Sounds like the front fender got pushed back in the accident.
You'll need to get that fender repaired and remounted, or remount it yourself.

Yep, sounds like it needs to be slid back into place, Have a good shop look at it, maybe something you can do. loosen the mounting bolts and readjust slightly, Hope it works.
