here are some options for low cut dresses. two are convertible type bras one is just for long V front. I personally don't like the hollywood tape. it could damage your clothing, and it feels funky on your skin.

Get some of those stick on cups they sell a Victoria Secret or any other retailer of women's clothing should have them. You'll be fine. Hollywood tape is just double stick tape and you can find this at target or craft stores. Some retailers are starting to carry this but you have to check around. In my opinion the cups would actually be better for you.

get one of the bras that has a diamante string connecting the two cups at the front, that way it's ok to have it show at the front of your dress, will look good, and you don't have to compromise on shape, which will acutally make a huge impact to how your outfit looks.

Like Monika said you can get the cups that stick to your breast. When I was in High school I wore it to prom and they worked sooo good. You can those support items just about anywhere now.......even walmart. Good luck with your freakum dress!!!!!!!!!

Here's yet another option, a low plunge body briefer - quite popular under formalwear-

At Victoria Secrets they have these cups that stick to your chest, but are actually structured.. not pasties.
