The constant never ending beating myself up. Apparently, I have become extremely well versed in self loathing. I can't stand to look in the mirror or be seen in public. It paralyzes me and makes dating impossible. If I hate myself, why would any woman like me?

i was an addict/alcoholic for 26 years.
i have lots of regrets because of it.
thankfully [thank god,that is] i have retired from that lifestyle.
