The one and true Elvis was Elvis Presley, who is the number one recording star of all time. The man who calls himself Elvis Costello adopted that as a stage name. His name is really Declan McManus.

Ok firstly there are 2 Elvis's (that I know of) Elvis Presley and Elvis Costello. They are both singers. Costello is 53 and Presley is dead he died at age 42 in 1977. Presley was also a musician, actor and was known as the king of rock n' roll. Costello sings Rock, pop rock, new wave, pub rock and punk rock, he sung and wrote his own songs and also played the guitar. Costello is English and Presley is American. (I really hope you where referring to Costello).

elvis lies in his coffin..he's dead :o he was/is known as the king of rock'n'roll. he would be 71 or 72 now if he was still alive. he died in 1977. he's easy to research on the internet by the way
