I joined this forum and have NEVER sent an email or anything. Yet my inbox is loaded with spam. The only way they could get the info is from Yahoo. I thought this dung was illegal? I would try to complain to Yahoo but they don't have any contact info that i could find. Have you experienced the same?

OK Agello, how did the spammers get my address? I never used it to request info or even surf the web while logged in. The only possibility is from Yahoo, or do you have another idea?

I used to get a lot of spam when I was on dial up, I got a program called "mailwasherPro" a NZ company where you can make up filters to delete spam or prescribe to Spam Cop for $30 a year, there you get an email address to forward your spam onto and they are dealt with. Mailwasher also allowes you to bounce emails back to the source saying " this email address doesn't exist" Since I have gone broadband I have started getting spam again. Still using MailwasherPro.It gives you the option to bounce / delete or have a friends list and a blacklist. Spam is more manageable now. I don't see half the mail not for me. To me Spammer and Booters are all low life.

they dont. show me an email account that does not get spam mail? you even get spam mail on msn and gmail.
