This will help explain the concept behind a blue screen error. It will explain the importance of getting the STOP error code (all those crazy numbers across the top of the screen) and the affected file or message.

If you pop that exact message in a google window, you will find a related link that will help you solve it (the message may be something like: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, that's a common one).

I would consider reinstalling your OS as a LAST resort. There are enough people in the world who have come across these blue screens that the answer to help you fix yours is out there somewhere.

Good Luck!

i'm not sure if this helps, but if you really can't find any solutions, sometimes the best way to do is to re install the WIndows or w.e. ur software is
hope this helps~ Of if you have XP or beyond, you can do the System REstore, it's like let's say u got the bluescreen on aug13, and if u use the system restore, you can go back to aug 12 which is a day b4 the bluscreeen appeared~

You have a big problem- something is going on with your hard disk. You should stop using the disk if you care about the data.

Solution:

1)Get another disk and stop using the old one.
2)Send the old one to a data recovery company for retrieval of the data.

I recommend a company called ReWave at

They are really reasonable on their price and will get it recovered fast.

Good luck!

Open your BIOS at startup by holding either Del, f8, f11 or what ever your splash screen says to enter the "Setup". From there you can test your hard drive for heath errors

You can try booting up into 'safe' mode, or try booting up from your installation disk
