Neither. I don't think Jacqueline or Lindsey flow well as a middle name for Taytum.
My suggestion, since you like those names, would be to use Taytum as the middle name instead. Jacqueline Taytum or Lindsey Taytum just sound better to me.

I think Lindsey sounds better with Taytum
(I personally like Jacqueline better, it sounds cool and is more original then some other names, however i do like lindsey too)

Try these combinations,
Tatum De'Lane or Tatum Lynn,
Jacqueline Michelle.
Lindsey doesn't work from me as a middle name and is difficult to use as first name without knowing what the last name would be.
