Hard choice, I love them all. I really like Mackenzie if I had to pick one. I did have to think about this one though.

I like them all...but Mackenzie is over used. It's heard all the time. Zoe is also starting to gain ranks. (Dennis Quaid just named his daughter that...it wil start to get even more popular because of that) I LOVE adriana. There are so many names that are great for young girls, but not older ones, and vice versa. How does a "Maggie' sound at 70? How about Lorraine for your baby. NO. Adriana could be called by her name or by addie, ana, riana, or audrey. Lillian is also cute. I really like the sound of Adriana Lillian or Lillian Mackenzie if your sold on that name.

I don't really care for Lillian, Zoe is becoming too common to be cute anymore, as is Mackenzie. I would go with Adriana, its a beautiful name which I'm sure any girl would be happy growing up with.

I HATE Mackenzie... it is such a popular, boring new name that I have just always disliked it, except as a last name lol.

I love Zoe and Adriana, and Lillian I don't mind but I don't love.

I think Mackenzie is actually a last name, not a first name if I'm not mistaken! Adriana sounds more like an insurance agency, Zoe, way too short (so?) I guess Lillian is the one left if you don't have any more....here is one Saranhaminda....which is Korean for, I love you.(I'm not too sure if is spelled correctly)

I would steer clear of the Anna/Onna fiasco. I have to many friends who are forever correcting people on the pronunication of their names!

I am personally fond of Zoe and Mackenzie. Lillian seems a bit dated...

I think Zoe would be original enough that there wouldn't be several of them in a class, but it suits a child, teenager, adult, and even a senior citizen. This is a bonus!

Congratulations on your baby!

Zoe- Cute.
Mackenzie- Cute, but I prefer more classic sounding names. This one is bit overused as well.
Lillian- Very pretty and elegant
Adriana- My favorite. A name a little girl can grow up with, also very pretty and elegant sounding.

I think Lillian is outdated as well. People would probably end up calling her Lilly.
Adriana is cool.
Call her "Adriana Mackenzie" depending on your last name. Or reverse it Mackenzie Adriana. Middle names are ok. Then you can use two.
