yeah, i have definitely had those days. i completely understand them. like you ripped apart and left on the side of the road. definitely not a good feeling. how are you doll? i hope everything is fine.

yea sadly I feel a knife in the back which seems to found a permanent home. Everyone has been betrayed I believe. Some worst then others. But Its all a learning experience.

I think we have all felt like that before. It is usually when someone who we thought cared about us has let us down. THe good news is Life has a way of getting even for you! THat very person that hurt you will have someone hurt them!

You could use some positive affirmations. search the web for positive thinking. It helps. Beleive.
