Okay, Turduken is a chicken stuffed inside of goose stuffed inside of a turkey. The goose moistens the turkey and chicken while it cooks. Its not a very common food. My dads buddy makes it all the time and he really likes it. Paulla Dean made it once, you could find the recipe there. It would be good for thanksgiving because there is a lot of tender meat there. Good Luck. Your guests would be suprised at first but would all probably like it.

WHAT THE DUCK...? Never heard of such a thing...sounds good in a CRAZY way..!.I'm glad it's not stuffed in a PIG than that would really be wacko ducko!

So this "HENGOBBLEQUACKER" (TURDUCKEN) lol.....must taste like let me guess uh........CHICKEN?

But you know what would be realy cool JDR...? Stuff a CORNISH HEN into the CHICKEN (into the DUCK, into the TURKEY) and to top it off .....flavor and all... make it CordonBleu-style with stuffed melted cheese and the icing on the cake would be to wrap it with garlands (holiday-style) of bacon and make it all dressed up...it's a silly, corny idea but I am sure you will delight your guests with a flavourful water-air-land-fowl culinary fusion.

That would be a true PIÈCE DE RÉSISTANCE !

Very good meal. I am from Louisiana. This is very popular in the south. Yes you can serve this on Thanksgiving, your guests will love it. Its spicy turkey, duck, and goose all into one. Basically one meat, containing 3 products. They will love it. Has a nice taste, and nice spices.

Its turkey, duck, and chicken all stuffed together. You can get it from either the deli in your local grocery store, or a specialist deli/meat shop.

And if cooked properly it is awesome. Your guests will love you.

First you get a duck...you stuff that inside a chicken...which you then stuff inside a turkey. I believe the exact recipe can be gained when you win the Superbowl playing Madden.

I wouldn't eat it, but it is a deboned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck stuffed into a deboned turkey. You could serve it.
