Do you have a side that you prefer to sleep on? This is not only for couples either because even though I have my own bed, I always tend to sleep on the left side.

I sleep alone and have a full sized bed. When I first got the bed over two years ago, I slept in the middle. It was such a joy to have a bed to myself! Then my ex-boyfriend and I moved in together and I took the left side. Now that we are apart, I have stayed on the left side. It just feels more comfortable there for some reason, which is strange because when I was married, I was on the right side!

Well, if you look at it from a laying down perspective I sleep on the right side of the bed, the one that is not near the wall. I never really move to any other part of the bed at all, and don't even ruin my covers...its just become a habit over the years because of having to sleep in very cramped spaces.

as you lay in the bed on your back my side would be the left side...not sure why but thats how its always been and if hubby isnt home for a few days i stay on the left

I sleep on the left even though I have my own bed, and don't share it with any one.
