This same thing happened to my cousin, just his girlfriend's friends had enough of him and told his girlfriend something he did. Trouble started but she took him back eventually. Now they're broken up (months later).
I think you should ask her for another chance, show her how much you love her, it's been 2 years right? You should know her well enough to do that. If she still says no, it's time to move on and mend your broken heart. In the end, you brought this upon yourself. These things happen.
