In theory, yeah, but a couple of things:
1) the fire would probably stink
2) you would burn your hands long before you saw any fire
3) part of the "stink" would be your skin burning
4) mixing melted twinkies with burned skin, would not feel very good, given the garbage they put in Twinkies
5) you would have better luck if you used sticks instead
6) you would have much better luck if one of the sticks was a match
7) if you are going to experiment with fire, do in in a safe place where you aren't going to burn the house (or the neighborhood) down.
8) they had a problem with that, down in San Diego a couple of weeks ago. Don't think it couldn't happen to you.

Some of my best friends are twinkies. They don't like to be rubbed together really fast! Just slow and easy.

Humm I wonder....maybe you could...but then again no maybe not...Here hand the two twinkies over to me and I'll try it...I really want to see if it will work and beside if it doesnt you just might have a good time licking the twinkies off huh? Its possible. The molecular bonding that takes place between two Twinkies of opposite polarity could cause an explosion. The explosion usually is so charged it blows itself out but it is possible to have some debris still burn in rare cases.

Nope its will never work. The friction will never reach a high enough level plus ive never heard of a twinkie on fire. But its possible(Not the fire thing lol)

No but you'll have fun making a big mess which is just as warming but even better then thermal warming its heart warming!
