I never watched ER that much. House is great; I love the sarcasm. But if I must choose just one - Grey's. Why? - Patrick Dempsey. McDreamy. He can be so stupid sometimes though to still be wasting time on Meredith who needs to get over herself. But among the three Grey's has got both drama and a little comedy. I find it quite too heavy to watch a show that hardly cracks me up. I need a good laugh. =)

House. That was an easy choice, I don't like Grey's anatomy at all and ER got boring years ago.

House. It's the only show I can actually watch. Grey's comes on during The Office. And I stopped watching ER like 4 years ago.

Never watched Grey's Anatomy, ER isn't what it used to be, and House is just FANTASTIC. Definitely my #1!

used to be House... but all the episodes are the same after season 3... very very formulaic... well theyve always all been the same... but you an only take so much...
i would now say Gray's Anatomy...
but consider scrubs... (my favorite show!)

grey's anatomy coz the different twists in the story are really good that can make you get hooked
