it started today she would roll her eyes turn around and talk to her FRIEND she says shes not mad at me but some thing tells me shes lying. Is she or am i just over reactting what should i do?????

Rolling eyes is a sure sign she's brushing you off. Go about your business like you two were never friends because you're obviously not hers right now. Anyone who would do that without explanation is not a true friend.

realize that it's ok to have more than one friend... and also realize that your "friend" is being very unfriendly and rude by rolling her eyes at you.
i guess this is par for the course when you are a young teen.
life will change, eventually.
