Why is it when the earth experiences a solar eclipse the moon fits perfectly over the sun from the perspective of a person observing? The earth is the only known planet to have this phenomenon.

When some thing happens, three questions arise - what,
how and why.
You will get an answer to the first question within a
short period of time. It is physical in nature.
You have to spend more time to answer the second
question. It is mental in nature.
Different persons may give different answers for the
third question. But you will never get a true answer
for it - it is philosophical in nature.

Why doesn't a duck's quack or honk have an echo? Humans have echo's like in a cave or canyon but ducks do not. There is a reason--I know what it is.
