Great list! My favorites -- in no particular order -- would have to be Emilia, Estella, Harriet, Casper and Felix, but I'll comment on each below. ;)

Emilia - love it! I'd avoid the common Em- nicknames, however (thanks to popular Emily, Emma, etc.) and lean toward something like Millie or Mila, if you'd use a short form.

Estella - a great name, though I personally prefer just Estelle or Stella. All are wonderful, however. Classic and spunky all rolled into one!

Harriet - so sweet! I love the underused classics, and this is versatile enough to work even if she one day wants something more "modern." The nickname Hallie is readily available, after all. Or adorable Hattie, for a less common option. Just an all-around great name. ;)

Lydia - beautiful. And I've known Lydias of all sorts -- ultra-feminine, complete tomboys, etc. LOL -- so it definitely fits any personality type. It does seem to be getting more common, however, if that's a concern.

Meg - very sweet nickname, but I don't care for it as a given name. If Margaret and Megan don't appeal, there are others it would work for. Magdelene, Magdala, Morrigan, etc.

Charlotte - gorgeous. Familiar, but not overused. Definitely a timeless choice. I love the various nickname options here as well -- Charlie, Charla, Lotte, Lottie, Lotta, etc.

Casper - a great underused choice. I prefer Jasper, personally, but this is still wonderful. Love seeing real, less common classics being considered.

Felix - always a favorite. I also quite like Dexter (they go hand-in-hand in my mind LOL).

Archie - one of those where I love the short form, but not as into the formal versions (and I couldn't bring myself to use a pet form as the given name, personally).

Xavier - more expected than most of these. I still like it, but I hear it so often, it just isn't quite as intriguing.

Jamie - ditto, though I don't mind this as a nickname ... but even then I prefer less common Jem. ;)

Ok I'll put them in order from favorite down.
GIRLS
1. Harriet - beautiful name that is not as common as it once was
2. Charlotte - very pretty and sophisticated
3. Lydia - feminine and not very common
4. Emilia - if spelled Amelia then it would be higher on the list
5. Estella - prefer Stella
6. Meg - just seems incomplete as a formal name

BOYS
1. Xavier - cool name!
2. Jamie - main man in one of my favorite books!
3. Archie - Archie comics
4. Felix - i see it as a cat name
5. Casper - friendly white ghost!

Lydia for a girl, and I honestly don't like any of your boy names!

Casper-too friendly ghost
Felix-the cat
Archie-the comics
Xavier-to hard to spell (You;d be surprised how many people misspell it!)
Jamie- Is a much more feminine name.

For a boy, I would hit the baby name books!

I like Lydia and Charlotte. And I love Meghan, but not just Meg. Maybe Meggie? I have a daughter name Meghan but we call her Maggie.

The only boys names I like are Xavier and Jamie. The rest are too odd for me

Charlotte is a beautiful name for a girl, and I like either Xavier or Jamie for a boy. Maybe Jamie more cause it reminds me of british boys and I love them.
