I left someone a message and I'm pretty sure I left all my information but I didn't get a call back. It was an important phone call and needed to get in contact with this person. When I confronter her, she said she didn't get my message.

sound like it but it might be true how did she say it like she wanted you to call her or was it like buss off did she say call me or sorry my machine is acting up if not then question it

Well it depends what kind of information you left and whether the person really did or didnt get your message. It really depends on what the situation is about.
