I`ll take a guess at this. It sounds like one of the courtesy switches on one of your doors is stuck which is causing the door ajar light to stay on in the dash and since the lights are staying on, it is killing your battery. Ask your mechanic to check those switches. Also..there may be a switch on the hood or trunk on certain car models. More than likely it is a door coutesy switch acting up.
