It's not the most legitimate place to look, but I would drive around the Santee Alley area downtown. Some of the side streets there have fabric shops, and Dodgers fleece seems like it could easily be found around there. If you do find it there, I would suppose that there is only a small chance that it's actually officially licensed. But maybe that isn't a concern of yours.

The Dodgers may not have authorized anyone to make it. I looked at

and they don't have any and they seem to me to have the best variety around.
