im going away for almost 4 days...
its too late to buy the lablets...
lets be honest..
will the beta die or not?

he should be fine tho i would NOT give him 'extra' foods as you might over feed him and kill him before you even leave. just give him the normal amount and don't worry. fish can go a long time without food.... no water on the other hand....

Probably not. I don't worry about feeding my fish unless I am going to be away for more than a week. Those feeders are death traps, IMO - they foul the water and kill the fish just as often as they help. I'd just feed right before I left town.

The betta should not die because they can withstand long periods of time. All he will eat is the algae growth and that should keep him satisfied for the four days. I heard they can go more than two weeks not beeing fed! Good luck!

He probably well be fine but if you are worried just call up a friend you trust and give them the key to your house to feed your fish.

No; it would take quite a bit longer; apprx 2 weeks for a well fed fish to die; however in a couple days your fish will prob be pretty unhappy.

for 3 - 4 days you should be fine. just leave some extra food and some plants inside.

A four day fast will be good for your Betta. Just make sure that he has nice clean water to live in.
