Yes, you can be in trouble for just being at a party where you are of legal age and others there are not. In fact, you will be in more trouble than those who are underage - you will be considered contributing to a minor, even if you do not purchase them the alcohol.
In response to not searching the apartment/house without a warrant - this is only true if there is no reasonable cause. If the cops suspect illegal activities, they can enter a house.
In Texas (and most other states), it is illegal to knowingly allow a minor be served alcohol. It is harder to play ignorant at the scene of the crime versus else where.
I say find some 21 year old friends and have a small get-together with them instead (watch movies, play board games, etc).

No, you can't get in any trouble just for being there- if you did not supply them with alcohol.
If the police do turn up, be sure to all remain on the private property. Don't go outside the fence even if they ask you. A popular ploy by police in my area is to ask you to come over to the car while they check your ID. Then, on the footpath, you are 'intoxicated in a public place' which is an offence in my region. Also, around here, you are allowed to drink underage if you are on private property and your parents supplied it. Check your local laws.

ok first of all u dont have any problems because u are above 21, the police wont any thing to u even if the other are minors.
Second of all if the police came to the party tell your friends to rush inside the house immediately, the police man doesnt have the right to enter the house because usually he doesnt have any warrants for searching for ID's. so go 4 it

Only if there are minors. If the cops do come, they will be checking ID's and finding out who lives there and who provided the alcohol.
Remember that you have the right to remain silent, so don't say anything. Give them your ID, tell them you don't live there and you did not provide the alcohol. Other than that, don't say anything else.

I think it is considered aiding and abiding, but I'm not too sure. I think your safest bet is to go with your gut and stay home.
