I presume that every time I rub myself with a towel after bath, I shed all the dead skin. I read some where long back an advice to rub the entire body every day with a dry rough towel to shed all dead skin. This way, a person will look young all his life. The writer equated his analogy with snakes who shed their dead skin periodically and never show their old age.
