I'm really sorry - I know just how you feel, as that's something I had to deal with too. There are several things you can try, but one really important thing first: when you feel like that, you're not really making good decisions, so it would be a _very_ good idea to go and talk to somebody like a counselor at your school, or some relative that you feel safe talking to (hopefully your parent(s), but somebody) before you do anything important.
OK, here are some things that helped me:
1. Exercise during the day, especially anything that involves swinging your arms, like tennis or boxing. No exercise in the late evening - it gets you too fired up.
2. Cut wayyyy back on stimulants like caffeine or those "energy" drinks. Those suckers can really wind you up and that can make things worse in the long run.
3. Short naps during the day to keep you going are OK - find a quiet spot and a comfy chair and just doze for a bit. Anything helps.
4. To get to sleep at night when you're upset and exhausted, it's pretty helpful to soothe your mind. Music is one of the best things for that, as it gives your mind something to focus on without being something that makes you think too much. I found simple, quiet, rhythmic music was best - Erik Satie wrote some pieces called 'Gymnopedies' that really helped me. Baroque music can be good; ordered patterns, rhythmic, not too loud or violent. JS Bach is usually good; GF Handel can be good, but I find some of his work a bit sad-sounding, which you probably don't need right now. Try some Corelli, maybe. Your best bet is to listen to as much different stuff as you can to find what helps you feel calmer. I would avoid songs, especially pop songs, as they tend to be more perky and jumpy or depressing and angst-y. Also, your mind will be working trying to understand and interpret the words, which you're kind of trying to avoid.
I sometimes had success repeating rhyming nonsense sounds or words in my mind in some sort of circular pattern - after a while it didn't take any thought to keep the circle going and I could just fall asleep in the middle.
Try reading a book you like, that you have read before (maybe more than once), so you know how it ends and you don't feel the need to stay up late finishing it.
If you want to blow off steam at all, feel free to drop me a note; I've also been through this, and don't mind a bit. Sometimes things that really bother you are less awful when you lay them out in the open and can see them clearly. Hang in there!

Here's something I do.
The alphabet.
Think of every single food item you can that begins with the letter A. Artichoke, apple...
After you have exhausted A, move to B. Banana, beans.
Repeat this.
You must concentrate on each letter.
By concentrating on something so benign, your mind will not be thinking of anything else.
I hope this helps.

as she said ... see a doctor if you are able.
but if not then look at what you are eating and drinking....too much caffeine and sugar can make it hard too get good sleep.
put away what ever you are doing before you go too sleep at least an hour before, to give your self some time too wind down.
if you are having bad dreams, write them down and try too talk to someone about them.
these are just suggestions, best thing too do is see a doctor !!!
